In the heart of downtown Palm Coast is the Town Center, this facility provides office, retail, institutional and commercial space. The Town Center opened in August of 2008 and is located on 1,557 acres of mixed-use development. The Town Center is located near the Florida Hospital Flagler, Flagler County Airport and Flagler/Palm Coast High School.

The Town Center is also home to Central Park; the park hosts a number of events including monthly movie night and weekly Food Truck Tuesday. The Palm Coast Running Series offers runners of all levels and ages, a year-round opportunity for competition. It begins each season with the Autumn Trails 5k Run and over the course of the season includes distances of 5K, 15K, 10 Mile and a Half Marathon. Palm Coast also has one of the nation’s best networks of bike trails, with nearly 100 miles of trails throughout Palm Coast and Flagler County.

Other nearby attractions include the famous Marineland Dolphin Adventure, Washington Oaks Garden State Park, The Florida Agricultural Museum, The European Village Resort with several unique shops and restaurants and for the golf lovers, there are 8 golf courses within close proximity to Palm Coast.

Palm Coast is also home to one of the finest private golf course communities in Florida, Hammock Dunes. Hammock Dunes is only 5 minutes east of Interstate 95 just across the Intracoastal Waterway. Once you cross over the Intracoastal Waterway on the Hammock Dunes Bridge you enter Hammock Dunes. Here you will find a beautiful coastal community that has it all; golf, tennis, croquet, pools, fitness center, bocce, and lots of water activities.

This privately, gated, oceanfront, golf community located just east of Palm Coast and halfway between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach.
