We've hosted amazing concerts (shout out to Bold City Circuit- check them out if you like good music and house concerts) and been part of introducing new music to Jacksonville. In the spring, you can watch caterpillars eat milkweed, then turn into cocoons, then butterflies on the patio. The fig tree will produce delicious figs in July/August.
