WHERE ELSE CAN YOU FIND A CONDO with a nice sized elevator to the unit on the ground floor just off of the parking lot for THIS PRICE. This is a beautiful condo complex with trees and walking areas and the buildings are brick and lovely. I'm told they have concrete walls and I will say inside on the 3rd floor it seems very quiet and peaceful. Unique condo as it has high ceilings - the owner suite is apart from the other 2 bedrooms and seller has had new flooring put in. The view from the screened lanai looks down to the walking tails and view is perfect. It's Bldg 4 - straight in and If no parking in front just continue around to the back of the complex - there are plenty of parking spots and you can just cut thru the center walking trail area and enter the building from back.
