Townhouse style condominium in the back part of the complex. It is in the last building on the right, almost middle of the building. This unit opens up to the back fountain and nice grassy area. There is a covered porch on the front and back sitting area on the back. There are tile floors downstairs, true wood on the steps and laminate flooring on the 2nd floor. The upstairs bath has had new counters. Kitchen has newer counters, breakfast bar, laundry/washer only inside. The downstairs area has a paneled ceiling that has beams and painted white for a fresh, open look. This is very well taken care of. I have a lender who can do FHA finance as a ''spot'' property. Please note condo fees are $490 monthly. HOA fees pay for water.
